Returns and defective products

If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will exchange or refund the product only if it is deemed by us to be a good product or equivalent to an exchange for a replacement product.

Please note that even within 7 days of receipt, we will not be able to exchange any item that shows signs of use. Items purchased from a third party, gift items, and used items including unused items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
